Maynard -is the Director, Producer, and Co-Writer of Savior Complex. Her love of the arts started at a mere 5 years old and has expanded into a streamline for change. She attended a performing arts high school specializing in vocal and theatre and is currently a senior studying film at George Mason University. She has been an actress, vocalist, director, writer, and avid advocate for change throughout her life. Mental Health issues are near and dear to her heart, and she can't wait to bring this vision to life, hoping to reach those who often feel unseen, misunderstood, and unheard. 

Samantha is an aspiring screenwriter currently living in the DMV. She's always enjoyed the arts. When she was in high school, she acted in several high school productions. But writing and storytelling is where her passion truly lies. Savior Complex will be her first produced screenplay.

Brittany is an actress, singer, and writer in the DMV!  She studied Theatre in college, performed with Hilton Performing Arts Center for a year, and is now studying and auditioning for acting representation through JRP Studios!  Brittany has been performing since she was 5 and is dedicated to improving her craft and creating stories that deserve to be told! 

Mike Piehl is an Editor, Musician, Writer, Graphic Artist, and Cinematographer. His love for film started as a child, growing deeper when he did acting with a theater group in late grade school through early middle school. During his childhood, he made live-action features, shorts, and stop-motion movies with his friends. In middle school, Mike developed a love for screenwriting over the traditional comics and short stories he did growing up.

I’m Brian Labay, a passionate producer and voice actor dedicated to crafting impactful stories that resonate with audiences. As a producer for Savior Complex, I thrive on bringing creative visions to life, guiding projects from concept to completion with a focus on collaboration, authenticity, and innovation.

My creative journey began in high school theater, where I discovered the transformative power of storytelling. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise across multiple disciplines, from voice acting to project production. Growing up on a farm taught me the value of hard work and grounded perspective, while my 10 years of service in the U.S. Navy instilled discipline, adaptability, and leadership skills that now inform my approach to production.

Ian Whalen and Stephen Schneider have been making music together in various bands and studio projects for decades. Originally from the Washington, DC area where the alternative local music scene thrived, they played in bands and spent lots of time experimenting in recording studios. Their musical palette often features live recorded guitars, drums, bass, and processed samples, blended with synth to produce a range of sounds that creates indie-rock-like moments, to minimal, textured atmospheres and experimental soundscapes. All music is recorded in their studio in Richmond, Virginia.
